ALL TYPES OF WOMEN: As you peruse the company's profiles, count up the number of beautiful women. Are they all beautiful? Do they all appear to be models or actresses? Are most of them thin and attractive? In truth, not every woman is beautiful, and a good company won't try to represent their potential brides as something they're not. Look for a service that is honest about the type of women they have available.

A BUSINESS PRESENCE: Your mail order bride service should have a physical address, preferably in both the U.S. and the country in which you hope to find your bride. They should also have a phone number that connects to an agency representative, plus email, fax, or other important contact information. They should also accept major credit cards for payment. If possible, visit or at least call, the agency to check out their offices and customer service capabilities.
